Conference Registration

Registration is now closed.

Registration will be handled by the Colorado State University Conference and Event Services. 

What the registration fee includes:

• Meeting spaces and A/V

• Coffee breaks

• Thursday reception

• ALL meals (served at the Fort William Henry Hotel)

• Registration services

• All taxes, service fees, and gratuity

Note: If you would like to attend the Sunday Tutorial but are not staying for the full Workshop, you can register for the shorter period and simply check the box for Tutorial attendance - you do not need to book for the full 6 days. Also, if you are arriving early and not attending the Tutorial, you do not need to book for 6 days.

While registration fees are higher than for past Workshops, the fees cover substantially more than for most similarly priced meetings. The increased price compared to prior Workshops is due to inflation, the complete decoupling of the event costs and catering from the sleeping rooms, and the necessity of engaging professional registration services. Please note that the Workshop does not have any sponsorship to cover any of these costs - the only funding that is received is allocated for student participation costs. The fees are set to the minimum needed to cover expenses, and the Workshop does not aim to make a profit.
